Covid-19 Safety. How we will keep your Family safe

Journey to the North Pole is a holiday event that has been created with the main goal of keeping both staff and guests, safe from contracting any unwanted illness. To achieve this we have consulted with safety organizations around the US and in Las Vegas. We are using the highest level of safety standards in the US to keep people as safe as possible while still enjoying a different form of entertainment. Additionally we have on staff a certified Covid Safety Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the production from install, to show days, to load out. Below are the rules you can expect if you join us for an evening:

If you are sick, have a fever, have traveled in the last 14 days, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. Come to Journey to the North Pole with others in your group ONLY if they are in your immediate quarantine circle.
All guests will be encouraged to wear a mask inside the venue even in their car. If a guest opens the window, for instance at the ticketing kiosk, masks will be required for everyone in the car. WHEN YOUR WINDOW IS OPEN, No Shirt, No Shoes, No Mask, No Service. Any guest that refuses to follow the safety rules will be escorted out of the venue with no refund. Disposable masks will be available for purchase at the entry gate.
All guests, unless otherwise specified must be 16+ years of age to gain entry unless accompanied by an adult due to the need to drive a vehicle.
All ticket prices are per car.
Only 2 Cars will proceed through each theater experience at a time. Everyone in your party must arrive to the front gate in the same vehicle and your scheduled arrival time. Late arrivals will not be admitted. In the event of an emergency, please turn on your flashers and a staff member will come to your assistance.
Please adhere to all direction of travel signs and follow all traffic rules and directions from traffic attendants.
Bathrooms, hand washing stations and hand sanitizer will be made available in several locations around the venue for emergency use only.
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping will be permitted while in the venue as per current health recommendations. Violators will be removed from the venue immediately.
Please refrain from coming to the event if you are sensitive to strobe lights, vertigo, or unwilling to follow all required rules as required by local and state laws.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from prolonged close person-to-person contact. By entering these premises and/or the event, you (a) acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death, (b) voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expenses, of any kind (“Claims”), that you may experience or incur, and (c) hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the venue, event promoter(s), vendor(s), and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords and their respective officers, directors, and employees from Claims of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
